Adamantium Mesh from JIAN MESH is a high-strength security mesh made from hot-dip galvanized alloy and produced by a precision wire drawing and plain weaving process. With an 11 × 11 mesh, 0.6 mm wire diameter and fabric weight of 2.2 kg/m², it delivers strong impact resistance and stable flatness.
The mesh offers 800–880 MPa tensile strength, roughly twice that of 304 stainless steel, enabling similar security performance with thinner material. Based on zinc alloy, it provides more stable pricing, unaffected by stainless steel market fluctuations. A dual composite resin coating system (electrophoretic + electrostatic powder) with 50 μm film thickness ensures corrosion resistance comparable to 304 stainless steel, achieving around 1300 hours neutral salt spray before visible oxidation. It is ideal for security doors, windows and architectural screening.
